Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    * *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 8 oz
    * 2 large Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    * 1 can Tomato Sauce
    * 1 can Diced Tomatoes (could use no salt added)
    * 1ans 1/2 cup water
    * *Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS beefy ONION, Mix, Dry, 1 pouch
    * cook one pouch boil a bag brown rice (only use half pouch)about 1 cup

Directions

6-8 1 cup servings

In a large pot
brown turkey add 1 pouch beefy onion dry mix.
add water, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, green peppers. bring to boil, turn down to medium heat allow to simmer 30 min.
Add one cup brown rice.
let cool a few minutes!
