Ingredients

    1/3 cup canola oil
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 cup sorghrum
    3 cups flour
    1.1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp ginger
    1/4 tsp cloves
    1 cup water
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together. Add oil, water, and egg and mix well. Fold in raisins and pecans. Spoon into a 12 muffin pan. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
