    * Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    * Orange Juice, 1 cup (remove)
    * Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 1 cup, thawed (remove)
    * Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), .25 cup, unthawed (remove)
    Ice cubes x2

Directions

put all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve. Makes 2 servings
