Introduction
You can't really mess this recipe up since it is all about tickling your tast buds. Just add a little more of a litte less of the things you enjoy. If your tomatoes and jalapenos are in season and ready from your garden, use those instead of rotel. I really like to add fire roated peppers to keep it different. This is a great substitute for creamy potato or pasta salad since it has almost NO fat with good protein and fiber content. Enjoy! Ingredients

2 15-ounce cans of Kroger Blackeye Peas, rinsed and drained
1 15-ounce can of Kroger Black Beans, rinsed and drained
1 10 ounce ca of Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies Original (Rotel), partially drained leaving about half the juice
1 11 ounce can of Kroger Sweet Golden Corn, Whole Kernels, drained
1/2 purple onion, chopped
Juice of ONE large lime
1/3 to 1/2 bunch of cilantro, chopped
Lawry's Seasoned Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, fresh ground
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl gently, to avoid breaking up beans. Refrigerate in sealed container for 4 hours or more prior to serving.
