Introduction

EAASSSY!!... this was something I threw together one night when I was first discovering how interesting cooking can be. If this is the only thing you're cooking at the same time, less than 30min ordeal.. I however usually cook it while cooking other things because its so low-maintenance.

I hope you enjoy... and feel free to play around with it!.. Just let me know what changes you make so I can try it too!

Ingredients

The ingredients entered for nutritional information were according to a serving..
The ingredients I will enter here are so a whole dish can be made and served for a grouping of 3-6 people depending on if it is the main dish, or a side.

1 box Farfalle (bowtie) pasta (I typically go for the italian imports)

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed

1/2 small bag of frozen peas (more or less to liking)

1/4 bag of Italian/Mozzarella cheese (Ive used both, and didn't notice much of a difference)

1/2 cup of Kraft Zesty Italian dressing (I suggest Low Fat as well)

1 tbsp garlic powder to taste

Directions

1) Thaw peas, and put aside

2) drizzle 2tbsp of your oil of choice in a skillet with cubed chicken and garlic powder. Cook thoroughly. (Approx 5min +/-)

3) While chooking chicken: In Large pot, cook bowtie pasta according to instructions upon box, until softened. (Some put a little salt in water while cooking, others put a dab of butter. Both aren't necessary, but will not hurt flavor)

4) Remove chicken from heat and place in a bowl with .25 cup Italian Dressing to marinate for 10min.

5) Drain pasta in strainer when fully cooked then put back in pot. Stir in peas, mozzarella cheese, chicken, and Italian dressing.

6) Depending on taste, there might need to be a little more or less cheese and dressing (I usually play it by sight)
Just keep track of your nutrition factors!!

7). .. Enjoy! ;)

This recipe typically makes anywhere from 4-6 normal sized bowls worth.. I often have left overs.

**Best Served Warm!**
