Ingredients

2 Cup Fat Free Milk
1 pkg Fat Free Sugar Free Vanilla or White Chocolate Pudding Mix
2 Cups Cool Whip Free Topping
18 Ladyfinger Cookies, Split
2-1/2 Tsp Instant Coffee
1/2 Cup Warm Water
1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
Directions
Mix together pudding mix and milk, gently fold in cool whip topping, set in refrigerator until set.
Split ladyfinger and place cut side up in a 11x7x2 pan.
Dissolve coffee with water, pour half over the ladyfingers and then spread half of the pudding mixture. Top with remaining ladyfingers, then coffee then pudding mix. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
Place in the refrigerator until ready to serve
