Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    8 oz Lean Ground Turkey
    2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
    15.5 oz Can Sweet Yellow COrn
    15.5 oz Can Black Beans
    1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (LOW FAT)
    6 Tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream
    5 Tbsp Fat free Catalina Dressing
    6 Cups of Iceburg Lettuce
    1 Cup of Onions Chopped

Directions

Brown Turkey
Add Taco Seasoning, Corn, Beans & Catalina Dressing
Simmer for approximatly 10 - 15 minutes
Sprinkle cheese over top of Meat mix and let melt
Makes about 6 3/4 cup servings with 1 cup of lettuce

To Serve:
Put a cup of lettuce on each plate, place 3/4 cup of meat mixture on top and sprinkle with onions and 1 tablespoon of fat free sour cream.

I also add hot sauce and a few sliced jalapeno peppers. Recipe lacks spice so I add at the end!

    Very Good
    Made this for dinner last night, husband loved it. I was out of turkey so i used venison burger for the lean meat, it was wonderful, my husband ask to take left overs for lunch! Thanks for sharing. - 3/26/12
