Ingredients

    1 can corn
    1 can black beans
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 avocado or 1 pouch REAL guacamole
    2 tsp EVOO
    2 TBS Balsamic Vinegar
    1 handfull chopped cilantro
    3 green onions (chopped)
    Salt, Pepper, and garlic

Directions

Mix, chill, and eat!

Makes 9 1/2-cup servings

Great as a dip at parties or try as a topping for rice, salad, or chicken
