Introduction
My family loves these pork chops! I normally serve them with broccoli and rice. The sauce is so yummy over the rice. Hope you enjoy it as well. My family loves these pork chops! Ingredients

6 center cut pork chops
3 T olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 15. ounce can tomato sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar - unpacked
1 T. white vinegar
1.5 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Makes 6 servings.
Brown chops in a skillet with the olive oil. (I normally skip this step myself)
Transfer chops to slow cooker.
Combine remaining ingredients (add salt and pepper to taste if desired) and pour over chops in slow cooker.
Cook on Low for 8-10 hours.
Serve over rice (my favorite) or noodles.
