Ingredients

1 Lb Beef Stew Meat, cubed
1 Can Swanson Fat Free Low Sodium Beef Broth
2 Tbsp Flour
3 Tbsp Crisco Vegetable Oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 300. Heat oil in skillet or saucepan, add beef and brown all sides. Remove from pan.
Use some of beef broth to deglaze the pan. Add the flour and mix until well blended, adding more beef broth if needed.
Add meat back to sauce. Stir in remainder of beef broth and seasonings.
Put lid on pan and cook at 300 in oven for up to 3 hours. If your saucepan or skillet cannot be put in the oven, put beef and sauce into oven safe pan and cover.
Makes 4 servings.
