Introduction

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 large egg
    3 medium well rippened & mashed bananas
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    5 tbsp country crock (you can use butter, but I calculated w/country crock so keep that in mind

    Crumb mixture
    1 tbsp butter
    1 tbsp flour
    3 tbsp brown sugar
    2 tbsp dry oats
    1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Makes 12 muffins
mix together dry ingrediants in one bowl and wet in another.
Add together, till all moistened, do not overmix!
Spoon evenly into 12 muffin cups, sprayed w/cooking/baking spray, mix together crumb ingrediants and evenly spread onto muffin tops. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes,
