Introduction

Ingredients

    6 oz Fresh Bass Filets
    1 T. SpinBlend
    1/2 C Corn Flakes, crushed
    1 tsp. Onion Powder
    1 tsp. Dry Basil Leaves
    1/4 tsp. Kosher Salt

Directions

Dry fish filets with paper towel.
Brush with SpinBlend
Roll in crushed corn flakes.
Place on foil lined cookie sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes--depending on thickness of your fish filets.
Sprinkle with blended seasonings and Serve.
