Introduction

I make this for lunch and it is very filling. The textures are great and it is very tasty. I make this for lunch and it is very filling. The textures are great and it is very tasty.

Ingredients

    1 stalk celery-chopped (not diced)
    1 small onion-sliced in slivers
    1 tbls cilantro-chopped
    1 tbls Kraft or any other Light ranch dressing
    3 slices Oscar Mayer (or other medium sliced) turkey breast
    1 Flatout Multigrain Flatbread
    1 Jalepeno pepper diced (optional)
    Butter flavor Pam cooking spray

Directions

Makes 1 large Wrap.
Saute onion, celery, Jalepeno, cilantro in skillet coated with Pam until onions are translucent.
Add Turkey torn into 2 inch pieces. Saute for 3-5 minutes more.
Lay flatbread on top of meat and veggies in pan to warm. It only takes 45 seconds or so.
Remove flatbread and spoon all ingredients onto it. Top with ranch dressing and roll into wrap.
Enjoy!
