Ingredients

    12 oz. Red Snapper Fillets (cut intocubes)
    0.5 cup Cracker Meal
    5 tsp. Garlic (minced)
    2 tbsp. Red Onion (minces)
    1 Packet of Sason Seasoning
    1/4 cup Fresh Lime Juice
    Wesson Cannola Oik for Frying

Directions

1. Mix garlic, red onion, sason
seasoning, lime juice
2. Marinate fish with this mixture for
at least an hour (I marinate the
Night before)
3. Bread fish cubes with cracker meal
4. Fry
