pork tenderloin- 2 chopped
1 can green chilies diced
.25 c flour
1 c cheese
4 tortillas, flour- burrito size
1 large can La Victoria Enchilada sauce
Directions
add pork, sauce, and chilies together and cook in crock pot on low 6-8 hours. 30 minutes before service, add flour. Serve in tortilla with cheese on top
