Introduction

Ingredients

    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 diced onion
    8 Veggie Dogs, chopped into 1/2" pieces
    1 28-oz can Vegetarian Baked Beans
    2 tsp Mustard
    1 package cornbread mix
    milk/egg or substitutes as required by cornbread mix

Directions

Cook onion in oil in a pot until translucent. Add can of beans, hot dogs, and mustard. Let cook over medium ehat 10-15 minutes until bubbly. Prepare cornbread mix batter according to package directions. Spray a 9 x 9 pan with cooking spray. Pour the bean mixture in. Top with the cornbread batter. Cook in 350 deg oven 30 min or until cornbread mix is slightly browned.
