    1/4 cup chopped broccoli
    1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
    2 eggs
    1 tsp butter
    a few leaves of fresh basil, torn (optional)
    pepper to taste


Melt butter in a pan, then add chopped veggies and eggs. Cook at medium heat, stirring often, until eggs are no longer runny.
