Relatively low in sugar, this ice cream was easy to make, yummy as can be, and easilly adaptable to a person's personal desires. Moreover, any fruit can be used in place of the peaches. Ingredients



    6 large peaches (either fresh or canned) mashed
    Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 3/4 c
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    Lemon Juice, 1 tbs
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Almond Extract, .1/4 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    7 cups half and half cream

Directions

Mash six large peaches to attain approximately 3 cups of mashed fruit. Simmer on medium low heat, sweeten with sugar free sweetener to taste, for about ten minutes.
Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl.
Add fruit mix to half and half mix and mix thoroughly.
Chill overnight.
Use ice cream churn following its directions to make ice cream.
