Introduction

A delicious way to use an over-sized zuccini! A delicious way to use an over-sized zuccini!
Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    One over-sized zuccini (mine was 935 grams)
    2 cloves of minced garlic
    1/2 cup of minced onions
    1/4 cup of chopped sweet red peppers
    54g of Black Forest Ham
    1/2 cup of Italian Bread crumbs
    1/4 cup of chopped tomatoes
    2 tsp of Olive Oil
    50g of grated mozzarella cheese


Directions

Once you have all of the ingredients ready, cut zuccini in half the long way.
Cut all of the seeds out of the inside and stuff the zuccini
Wrap in tin foil and cook on the barbeque on each side for about 13-14 mins
Check zuccini by poking with fork, if fork goes all the way through, it is done. Enjoy!
