Introduction

A smoothie I made up with ingredients on hand that turned out very tasty. A smoothie I made up with ingredients on hand that turned out very tasty.

Ingredients

    1 cup watermelon, diced and seeded
    1/4 cup fat free yogurt
    1 cup strawberries, frozen
    1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese
    8 oz. almond breeze unsweetened vanilla milk
    3 teaspoons splenda
    1/2 cup water

Directions

Add all ingredients (except water) to a blender and blend until smooth. Use water only if mixture is to thick and will not blend.

This makes 2 large glass full. I use as one serving to get my nutritional requirements for breakfast.
