Introduction

Ingredients

    3/4 Cup Cornmeal
    1 Cup Milk
    1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
    4 tsp Baking Powder
    1/4 Cup Splenda
    1 Egg
    1/3 Cup Canola Oil

Directions

Soak cornmeal in milk while mixing the flour, baking powder, splenda, egg and oil in a separate bowl. Then add the cornmeal and milk to the mixture. Pour into a round pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Makes 8, approximately 2 oz each, servings.
