Fast and Easy way to get in whole grains with a touch of sweetness Fast and Easy way to get in whole grains with a touch of sweetness
Number of Servings: 32

Ingredients

    1 can 15 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
    2 Tbsp Margarine or Butter
    3 cups Quick Cooking Oats
    1 cup Coconut
    1 cup Chocolate chips
    1/4 cup Sunflower seeds
    1 cup Mixed nuts
    1/2 cup peanuts

    ( I like to vary the ingredients for different options for ex... white choc chips and cranberries and macadamia nuts...or butterscotch chips ...be sure to NOT go over total dry ingredients or bars will be too crumbly)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together with hands ...make sure mixture is moist. (will be sticky)...Press into sprayed 9x13 pan.... Slightly wet hands will make pressing easier ... Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees

Cut into aprox 30 squares....GREAT alternative to Chocolate chip cookies!
