Introduction
When I was in Norway, I had this shrimp salad that was bright pink and totally delicious! I got a cookbook from IKEA recently and between several recipes for appetizers in there I have come up with this one. Ingredients

2 cups frozen baby shrimp, peeled
3 tbsp fat free miracle whip
5 tbsp fat free sour cream
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp sweet paprika
1 oz tomato paste
1/4 cup fresh chopped dill
Directions
Thaw shrimp and set aside.
When the tomato paste is room temperature, whisk together with lemon juice, paprika, and miracle whip until smooth. Stir in sour cream.
Fold in shrimp and garnish with chopped dill weed.
Makes 4 1/2 cup servings.
