    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped fine
    1/2 C Smart Balance Omega Plus light Mayonnaise dressing
    Perdue Chicken Tenderloins, 24 oz about 6

Directions

cook chicken breast thoroughly chop and mix with other ingredients ,chill ,serve in one 1/2 of a whole grain pita ,makes 13 1/2 cup servings
