Ingredients

    2 cups baby carrots
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. light margarine

Directions

Boil carrots to desired tenderness. Drain. Mix carrots with butter and brown sugar. Enjoy! Makes 2 1-cup servings
