I steamed the carrots in a ziplock steam bag then added the margarine and brown sugar. Almost like a dessert. Perhaps I'll add a bit of cinnamon next time and do as one reviewer suggested and spray some I can't believe its not butter spray and use splenda brown sugar to lessen calories. Submitted by:
