Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef
    2 large potatos, peeled and cubed
    1 7 oz. can diced green chiles
    1 12 oz. can of sweet yellow corn, drained
    1 12 oz. can of petite diced tomatos
    1 raw carrot, peeled and sliced
    1 medium yellow onion, diced
    1 4 oz. can of sliced mushrooms, drained
    Salt, garlic pepper, and seasoned salt to taste, about .25 tsp to 1 tsp of each

Directions

Brown and drain ground beef in a separate skillet. Prepare potatos, onions, and carrot by peeling and slicing. In a large pot, add all ingredients and enough water to cover them. Simmer on medium heat for approximately 30-45 minutes, until potatos are completely cooked. Season to taste. Makes 10-12 1-cup servings.
