Ingredients

2 Cloves Garlic
1 Lg Red Potato (skin peeled and cut into fries)
1 Med Red Onion (diced)
2 Med Tomatoes (diced)
5oz Beef (cut into strips - stir fry style)
1/2 Lime (juice)
3 tbsp Cilantro
1 tbps Rice Vinegar
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Brown Rice
Salt & Pepper
Aji No Moto
4 All Spice (balls)
1 - 2 Cups Water
Directions
1. Heat little oil in pan - saute garlic. Add water, lime juice, 2 shakes Aji No Moto and All Spice balls. Once boiling add rice and cook.
2. Heat more oil in large pan and fry potatoes, once cooked, drain and set aside
3. Cook beef in little water with 1 shake aji no moto, little salt and pepper. Once cooked, add a little oil.
4. In another pan saute tomatoes, onion, little oil, pepper, and vinegar, once cooked add to beef and add in potatoes and cilantro - heat through.
5. Serve over rice
