Introduction
My whole grain savy friend gave this to me and it has got to be my favorite bread of all time. It is really good with 1/2 cup seeds such as pumpkin, flax, millet... etc. You can also just through it into your bread maker on basic. Ingredients

1 cup warm water
1TBS olive oil
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup oat meal (quick or regular)
1/2-3/4 cup cooked Quinoa
1 cup all purpose flour
1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp active dry yeast
4 tsp wheat gluten
Directions
combine all ingredients. Cover and let rise in bowl for an hour or until doubled in size. Kneed dough and place in 3x9 bread pan. Cover and let rise again for an hour...ish. Bake at 350 for 30-35 min. It should have a hollow sound. Let cool before cutting into.
