Ingredients

    1 cup soy milk (or skim milk)
    1/2 cup organic fat free plain yogurt
    1 med banana
    1 tbsp flaxseed meal
    1 tsp honey
    2 tbsp organic raw apple cider vinegar (trust me!)
    3/4 cup frozen blueberries

Directions

Put everything in your blender and blend! Makes 2 2/3 cup total, or 2 11 oz servings. Or, drink 2 cups, and freeze remainder in popsicles molds for a treat later.
