Ingredients

    1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
    1 cup frozen blueberries
    1 banana
    1 cup orange juice
    3 tbsp wheatgerm

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Makes two 1 cup servings.

    Sounds pretty good, but the Whole banana and Cup of OJ makes me think this is kind of too sugary... whenever I consume OJ or Bananas it's only half/4 ounces. - 11/12/09

    Incredible!
    Made for my 18 year old daughter and myself. We both loved it. Very Yummy. I used Whole Plain Yogurt, as I did not have Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt. No other change. Good proportions.
    I had some bananas that were ripe that I had peeled and put into ziploc bags (3 or 4 to a bag) then froze. Handy!
