Introduction

i was trying to incorporate veggies into todays lunch but didn't have much on hand. i did have frozen spinach & cherub tomatoes so i added them to my tuna salad and here's what i came up with! the cool thing is that the addition of tomatoes helped my body absorb all the benefits of the spinach. i was trying to incorporate veggies into todays lunch but didn't have much on hand. i did have frozen spinach & cherub tomatoes so i added them to my tuna salad and here's what i came up with! the cool thing is that the addition of tomatoes helped my body absorb all the benefits of the spinach.
