Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Avocado (without skin or seeds)
    1 1/4" thick slice of red onion
    3 cloves garlic
    Juice of 1/2 a lime
    1 Medium Tomato
    1/2 a fresh jalapeno (de-seeded)
    3 tbsp chopped FRESH cilantro

Directions

Mash the Avocado with the lime juice. Gently stir in the other ingredients.

Can be eaten right away.

For best Flavor: Let sit overnight in fridge for flavors to marinade.

    This is the only guacaomole recipe I use... only thing I did differently was to add a pinch of salt and occasionally omit the onion depending on whom I'm serving. Thanks for sharing! - 11/1/09
