Ingredients

6 center cut bone-in pork chops
1/2 whole wheat flour
2 tsp Lawry's seasoning salt
2 tsp Mrs. Dash
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 c canola cooking oil
Directions
1. Pour canola oil in large skillet on medium heat
2. Rinse off pork chops
3. Season wet pork chops
4. Pour flour in small bag and add seasoning
5. Place about 3 pork chops at a time in bag, shake until
flour is covering entire chop
6. Make sure grease is hot, place as many chops in the
pan without overlapping
7. Cook until golden brown on both sides
8. When done, place on paper towel to strain away excess
grease
