Ingredients

    3 Cups winter squash blended in food processor.
    add to the processor 2 eggs, 6 tablespoons heavy cream, 2 tablespoons of sorghum, 3/4 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Blend until mixed well and divide into 8 custard cups. Sprinkle top with nutmeg and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Directions

Makes 8 One Half cup servings.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
Can be served warm or cold.
