Ingredients

    1 C. cooked, peeled, chilled and cubed acorn squash
    1/2 C Dreyer's Slow Churned Yogut Blends - tart honey flavor
    1/4 serving of EAS Soy Protein Powder - Chocolate or Vanilla
    2 tsp brown sugar
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp ground ginger
    1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

Directions

Blend everything together and enjoy. You can add soy milk if you need it to be less thick (that's not figured in the nutrition info though).

Makes 2 - 8 oz servings.
