Ingredients

    10 chicken boullion cubes
    2 stalks celery chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    4 carrots chopped
    2 med. potatoes cut small
    1 head broccoli
    3 T Corn Starch
    2 c. 1% milk
    8 oz pepper jack cheese, cubed or shredded

Directions

Combine 10 cups of water, boullion cubesm celery, carrots, onion, and potatoes in a large pot. Bring to a boil for 20 min.
Add Broccoli. Boil for 10 more minutes
In small cup combine 3/4 cup water with cornstarch mix. While stirring, slowly add to pot. Cook for 5 minutes.
Turn heat to low. Add milk.
Add cheese and Stir, Stir, Stir.
