Ingredients

    1 C. Green beans
    1/2 C. Celery or celery root diced
    1/2 C. Mustrooms
    1/2 diced onion (medium)
    1/2 sliced carrot
    1/4 C. green pepper diced
    1 T. flour
    2 t. Olive Oil
    1/2 C. Water
    1/4 C. Pomi

Directions

Saute onions, green pepper, carrots and celery in olive oil. Add dash of salt. When tender, add Pomi with 1/2 C. Water. Simmer for 1/2 hour on medium heat. Add salt & pepper to taste.
