Introduction

Found this on another site that I frequent. It sounds strange, but is quite good. It is also low fat, low calorie, and very filling. Found this on another site that I frequent. It sounds strange, but is quite good. It is also low fat, low calorie, and very filling.

    Good
I think this recipe is for folks that don't really like the taste of cottage cheese (I actually do). If I make this again, I would mash the banana and use Apple Pie Seasoning instead of cinnamon and cut back on the sweetener- 1 pk of splenda was way too sweet. - 7/12/17

I liked this. It was a nice change to eating a bagel w/cottage cheese and a banana - 10/5/11

    Very Good
The key, for me, is using 2% cottage cheese. It isn't sour tasting or runny like the fat free. I love Breakstones 2%. I always stick mine back under the toaster oven just long enough to make the cottage cheese warm and melty. That makes a BIG difference. Eating this now in fact. yum. :) - 2/28/11

    Good
It was very filling! I used 2 wheat bread slices and i only ate one. The taste of it was ok.. i can handle it but i had to make sure each bite that i took had a banana slice with it or else it wasn't' very good. But thank you! - 2/21/10
