    3/4 C Ghiradelli Milk Chocolate Chips
    1 Package Bob's Red Mill, Whole Grain Cake Mix, Gingerbread
    1/2 C Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal
    1 Egg
    2 Tbs Walnuts
    3/4 C Water
    1 Can Farmer's Market Organic Pumpkin

Directions

Mix all ingredients together, bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

    Incredible!
    I found it difficult 2 locate some of the organic ingredients, +the cost, & the children didnt like walnuts, so i hope it isnt a point against me 4 not using these item but i used what i had & bought the rest. We all love pumpkin & chocolate chips so whats not to love, yes we will make this again. - 11/8/09
