Introduction
Makes 24 regular muffins or 50 mini muffins.Can make into apple muffins if add 1 cup more flour for double recipe. Makes 24 regular muffins or 50 mini muffins.

Ingredients

3 cups flour
1 3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 16 oz. can pumpkin
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs lightly beaten
Directions
Mix ingredients together and put either in a loaf or muffin pan.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 60 minutes if making a loaf, less time if making muffins.
