Introduction

This is a great way to use up extra pumpkins after halloween. My kids can't get enough! This is a great way to use up extra pumpkins after halloween. My kids can't get enough!
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1/2 cup canola oil
    2 large eggs
    2 cups pumpkin puree or 1 15oz can pumpkin
    1 3/4 cups flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg, ground
    1/3 cup water

Directions

Add sugar to oil and mix well. Add eggs, pumpkin, spices, water and flour. Pour in 9x9 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 min.
