Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    2 - 6-ounce cans chunk light tuna, drained
    1 15-oz can small white beans or cannellini, washed and drained
    10 cherry tomatoes, quartered
    4 Scallions trimmed and sliced
    2 TBS Extra Virgin Olive Oil,
    2 TBS Lemon Juice,
    1/4 cup chopped Black Olives,
    1/4 cup sweet, red, bell pepper raw, sliced, .
    a few leaves of lettuce

    Pita Bread is prefered

Directions

Combine tuna, beans, tomatoes, scallions, black olives, red bell pepper, lemon juice and oil in a bowl.

Chill if desired

Serve on a bed of lettuce on a slice of pita bread of desired bread or as a salad.
