Ingredients

    1 c Red Mill Pancake & Waffle mix
    1 large egg
    .5 c soy milk
    .25 c water
    1T oil
    .33 c steel cut oatmeal (cooked)

Directions

Mix everything together in bowl.
Heat pan over medium high heat. Pour batter into pan to make 4" pancakes. Brown both sides.

Makes 9 4" pancakes.
