Ingredients

    1 lb ground chicken, cooked
    2 cans healthy request crm chicken soup
    1 can FF Milk
    1 cup Light Sour Cream
    .5 bag frozen carrots, crinkle cut
    8 medium stalks celery
    1 lb potatoes diced
    1 Tbsp minced garlic
    2 cups brown rice, precooked
    pepper and parsley to taste
    4 oz shredded cheddar, reduced fat
    4 oz Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar

Directions

Combine in greased 9x13 dish. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serves 8

    O.K.
    Cooking time was much greater than indicated. Would recommend microwaving potatoes and celery prior to baking to decrease time in the oven. I also added garlic powder for additional flavor. - 11/19/09
