Introduction

These are great with a berry compote! These are great with a berry compote!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    2 T unsweetened applesauce
    2 T Agave nectar
    1 large egg
    2/3 cup GF Flour
    1/3 cup Buckwheat flour
    1/4 tsp. guar gum
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 cup milk

Directions

Mix all ingredients except milk. Slowly stir in milk. Batter will be slightly thin and there should be no lumps. Pour onto hot griddle and cook until small bubbles appear. Flip and brown.
