Ingredients
-
Whole wheat Crackers
red bell peppers (can sub for green or yellow)
orange bell peppers (can sub for green or yellow)
Tomatoes
Ham (thin sandwhich slices)
Turkey (thin sandwhch slices)
Swiss Cheese
Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Makes 3-6 Crackers, I eyeball amounts of veggies by number of Crackers I intend to make average of 65 calories a cracker prepared. Go easy on the cheeses.
Slice Swiss cheese very thin
take 2-3 slices of ham and turkey cut into 1/4" peices
dice peppers and tomatoes
shred cheddar cheese
place crackes on plate layer ingredients from bottom to top
bottom-swiss cheese
turkey and ham
tomatoes
peppers
top-sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
I like to put in microwave for 30 sec. to 1 min. just long enough to slightly melt cheddar to hold all other ingredients in place, but serving cold can be just as tasty.
