Introduction
I usually make this when we have family gatherings. Although how to make Gumbo from scratch it's hard to find the ingredients here on the east cost. Zatarains is the closest I've found to the New Orleans favorite. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family. I usually make this when we have family gatherings. Ingredients

6 Boneless /skinless Chicken breast (Cubed 1')
12 Hotlinks Beef Hill Shiire farms (Cut into 1/2 inch pcs)
1 Red and 1 Green Bell Pepper ( Chopped)
1-2 Lbs Jumbo Shrimp
4 Blue Crabs, 1.5 lbs Snow Crab, 3 King Crab Legs
6Tsp Fresh or dry Thyme
3 Tbsp Oregano,
6 cloves Garlic (chopped)
1 Onions Finely choppesd
Optional Okra sliced 8-16 oz frozen
Directions
Makes about 30 1 cup serving: Saute Chicken and Hot links add onions,green and red peppers, garlic, and thyme.
Set a side. In a 12 qt Dutch oven Pure chicken broth add 2 boxes of Zatarains Gumbo mix bring to a boil add Sauted mixture. Cut Blue crabs in half and break snow & king crab into pieces and add to the pot. Simmer for about 15 min stir regularly to keep from sticking then add Shrimp and Okra stir and cook an additional10 minutes and enjoy.
