Introduction

Ingredients

    15 oz can of tomato sauce
    6 oz can of tomato paste
    4 oz Worcestershire Sauce

    2 TBS Sugar free Maple Syrup (Log Cabin is best)
    2 TBS White Vinegar
    2 TBS Apple cider Vinegar

    4 tsp Beef bouillon concentrate (with 16oz water)

    1 oz Liquid Smoke

    ¼ cup Splenda (more or less to taste)
    2 TBS Dry Mustard
    1 TBS Onion Powder
    2 tsp Cayenne Pepper (more or less to taste)
    Celery Seed
    1 tsp Garlic Powder

Directions

combine all ingredients and simmer. each serving equals 2 tbsp or 1 ounce


I rub my meat with garlic, onion, salt, pepper and chili powders at least an hour before cooking

    I skipped the cayenne, and substituted smoked paprika. I also used Xyla instead of Splenda. It is very good. Used it on my smoked turkey breast sandwich on OroWeat multigrain sandwich thin. Excellent! - 9/13/15

    I didn't like it, maybe it was the sweetener in the syrup that didn't survive heating. - 6/16/19
