Introduction

Ingredients

    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, pressed
    400 g raw chicken breast
    1 cup canned chickpeas
    1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (corn, peas, lima beans)
    1 knorr oxo chicken sachet
    1 tbsp flour, for thickening

Directions

Cut chicken into small cubes, and cook in olive oil with onions and garlic.

When chicken is fully cooked, transfer it to a large pot, and add the chickpeas and some water (about a cup). Add the knorr sachet and simmer covered.

Add the frozen vegetables. Take care not to overcook them!

Finally, add the flour for thickening.
